Basketball
Before tryouts, all students need a current school physical, a school participation form, and school insurance on file. Please review the Athletic Participation for all athletic requirements.
All athletic forms must be turned in on or before October 14th at 4:30 PM. Forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
